Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow time for order processing in addition to carrier transit time.
Once an order has been shipped, Rustic Rose Closet is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Refunds are not available.
Any issue with an order must be reported within 2 days of receiving it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs for replacement/exchange items.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
